To support this next phase of growth, we are looking for a Electronics Engineer. As an R&D Electronics Engineer at prado, you play a pivotal role in advancing the development of cutting-edge lighting and smart home applications, enhancing modern living standards.

what you will do

• Designing and testing innovative lighting and smart home solutions that optimize energy use and enhance functionality.

• Translate product requirements into robust electronic architectures, including component selection, prototyping, schematic design and PCB layout.

• Test, validate and troubleshoot hardware designs, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure clear documentation and communication to facilitate seamless collaboration with colleagues.

• Work hands-on when needed, quickly diagnosing and resolving technical challenges to maintain project momentum and product quality.

• Work within a dynamic team of talented professionals in a rapidly growing company.

what we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electromechanics or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Strong skills in electronic hardware design.

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English is essential.

• Thrive on translating ideas into innovative products.

• A fascination with AI, and a desire to work in an environment that encourages open experimentation and exploration.

• Creative, driven team player with the ability to work independently.
