prado is growing fast, and so is our creative team. We're looking for a Creative Designer who feels at home across digital and physical touchpoints. Someone who enjoys working on campaigns, social content, events and everything in between. You're curious about where design and technology are heading, and you actively use that curiosity in your work. You'll collaborate closely with our designers, digital marketers and broader creative team to concept, create and deliver work across every platform and format.

what you will do

• Concept and design visuals for campaigns, advertisements, social media and our website

• Maintain pages across prado's websites: product pages, landing pages, and more

• Create print and digital collateral & contribute to the design and visual identity of fair stands and brand experiences, from concept to execution

• Ensure a consistent look and feel across everything we put out

• Use AI tools to move faster, explore more ideas and raise the quality of your output

what we're looking for

• Relevant experience and a portfolio that shows range

• Background in digital design, graphic design, product development or a similar creative field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience is a plus

• Hands-on experience with AI tools; whether for image generation, workflow automation or creative exploration

• A sharp eye for detail, layout and typography across digital and print

• Comfortable switching between projects, formats and deadlines without losing quality

• A clear, proactive communicator and a genuine team player

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a bonus

• Bonus points for experience with 3D rendering (KeyShot or similar) or spatial/fair stand design
